5.0 out of 5 stars Great beginner book! May 23 2014
By Chris Gregory - Published on Amazon.com
We bought this book for our granson and he loved it. We enjoyed the book as well due to the specific and informative information. This book covers the habitat, feeding, characteristics, and care of a gecko. Our grandson had a genuine interest in lizards so we thought he should read this book before getting a lizard. It worked! He is very knowledgeable about the gecko and lizards in general. Highly recommended for this purpose.
4.0 out of 5 stars Great for all ages Jan. 24 2014

We bought this book for our nine year old so he could better understand his Gecko. It is nicely written and in words that any level of reader can easily grasp the main points. Covers all the topics you would need from medical care, breeding, feeding on and on. One of the better Leopard Gecko books I have found. We keep it right next to the tank for a quick reference when any questions come up.

3.0 out of 5 stars It's alright... Not too great, but not too bad... June 9 2012
By D. Emery - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
I don't really LOVE this book, but I do love leopard geckos, so I know pretty much everything you can know about them. You see, the main thing I do all summer is reseach animals, and I decided to get this book to see how it compared to my other knowledge. Let's just say this only included about 75% of the information that you absolutely HAVE to know. I guess I would recommend this, but I would also recommend doing more research along with it. Hope this helps!

3.0 out of 5 stars It should be called Eye lid geckos instead of Leopard geckos. July 10 2013
By njnolan - Published on Amazon.com
At about 120 pages only half of those are written about leopard geckos. The other half is about other eye lid geckos. Kind of cool to read about but a lot of it felt like filler.
