If you are looking for the orginal Belgium series, this is not it. This is the Americanized version of Smurfs. The signs are in english and some of the episodes are poorly dubbed (sound is not synched with lips). If you listen carefully, in some spots you can here an english phrase in the background. It seems that they forgot to translate some text in some spots, i.e. used the word "glue" instead of "colle" and said "papa schtroumpfs" instead of "grand schtroumpfs" but if you are just looking for the series that played in the 80's in Canada, this is it. The episodes are approx 12 minutes each with the exception of a few that are 20 minutes. The episodes don't seem to be in any specific order, i.e. Soupe of Schtroumpfs should come before Lunettes Rose, but on Disc 2, it's not placed that way.
