First of all, let me say I understand where the title comes from. I'm an absolute fool for a man in uniform, so I can certainly relate. Not to mention the inherent authority and 'butchiness' of a police uniform...Lord, I have goose bumps.
The stories were quite varied in their approach, even though they all had cops in them. Some tamer than others, but all very good.
Particularly intriguing was 'Undercover' by Ily Goyanes. This story felt like the prologue to a novel. Would love to see what happens with Trick and Kate, do they get an HEA?
In summary, most had all the ingredients I look for: believable, likeable characters and setting, weaved into interesting and fun story that left me wanting more. Even though f/f is not my cuppa, I'd read more by most of these writers.
