The creative and interesting food combinations inspire and motivate you to put to test these restaurant worthy recipes in your own kitchen. You just have to trust her and the flavours will amaze you. The westcoast inspired recipes use many local and seasonal ingredients to create truly flavourful fine cuisine. By focusing on fresh foods and making everything from scratch the tastes are profound.

Leslie Stowe has put useful comments beside each recipe with many suggestions for presentation or menu combinations.

My family has enjoyed the new twists to chicken and we look forward to trying more of Stowe's creations. And as an added bonus she has included her very famous "Death by Chocolate" Dessert. So you can enjoy a sweet surrender in your own kitchen.

Most of the recipes are fairly straight forward. The West Coast chowder is to die for! If you have any leftover 'Death by Chocolate' or want to double the recipe, it freezes very well.
