This book changed the way we eat.,
This review is from: Leslie Beck's Longevity Diet (Paperback)
This book has changed the way we eat. It tells us why our bodies do not work as well as we get older and how changing the way we eat can improve our health as we age. It gives various tests we can do to see if the desired improvement is occuring as we eat. It is not a fad diet but basic ways we can eat in more healthy ways.
