Product Description

KO a popular live draw in Toronto's Kensington Market spread his wings over the last year crisscrossing the Country with his guitar and beats. In addition to showcase slots at JunoFest, Canadian Music Week and NXNE; KO has shared the stage with the likes of Daniel Wesley and Ill Scarlett. The songs on KO's full length debut, "Let's Blaze" reflect heavily on the artists storied youth. "I'm living a dream now, but I was most definitely living a nightmare when I was younger." Warner. 2009.

This is a great up and coming artist, very personal songs that have a great feel to them. If you like to listen to new music and support new artists, get this album! If you want a feel to what the albums like, I suggest to look up these songs:
-Moving Mountains
-Capable (you may have heard this on the radio, much music, etc.)
-Bourbon (Crack Song)
-Kurt Kobain
these songs will give you a good idea on what this album is about. Cant wait to hear more from him!

This album is amazing from start to finish. It's kind of like alternative rock with a hip-hop/ghanja flavour. I recently saw Ko play in Kingston, he put on an amazing show, and I got to have a beer with him afterward at the bar. He is very down to earth, and doesn't seem like the type to let fame go to his head. Regardless, if you like alt. rock with some "funk", then GET THIS!! Top songs to preview are "Capable", "Kurt Kobain", "Moving Mountains", "Let's Blaze", "Ballad of Jimmy Roscoe".

I heard Capable on the radio (89X in Detroit) and got the album right away. Not every song is a masterpiece, but there are enough awesome songs on this album for me to have listened to my favorites over and over in my car. I'll buy the next album as soon as it comes out!

I absolutely love this CD! I started hearing KO on XM Radio and knew he was one to keep on my radar. After three releases (I loved all of them), I knew I had to buy the CD. really love Capable, Radio, Kurt Cobain, This Life, and Good Man, but really, most of the songs are pretty good. Definitely check this one out!

This albums is such a great album. Funky sounds and awesome story-telling. A refreshing album to listen to. Ko takes you through the dark parts of his life in a well written and melodic journey. Highly recommend this album. Even if you are not interested in the stories, the music is great to groove to.
Pricey but some good tunes March 9 2012

A few too many drug references for my taste, but KO has some talent with the tunes. Especially like his Moving Mountains. Don't understand the limited availability of Canadian artists in the US (cannot get KO on itunes USA). But glad I was able to find a legacy media format here.
