5.0 out of 5 stars Lettie Lane Paper Dolls Sep 2 2001
I loved paper dolls when I was a little girl and hoped that this collection would entice my 7 year old daughter into that world. The paper dolls in this book are beautifully done, however, these were impossible for a 7 year old to successfully cut out. These dolls require skills of a much older child. Are there 12 year old girls willing to play with paper dolls anymore? If so, this collection is an accurate portrayal of a Victoriana family preparing for a wedding.

There are so many dolls in this book and each has many outfits. Each one is done with a great deal of detail. The quality of the paper is wonderful and will survive lots of play. I loved the fact that most outfits have hats to go with them.

A Kid's Review - Published on Amazon.com
I am a 12 year old girl who loves paper dolls(I have about a million of them) and I LOVE this paper dolls!!!! There are a ton of paper dolls in there so you get alot of em for your money. SO detailed and the dresses are SO pretty. oodles of hats and even a little bed/crib/basinet for the baby (my fave doll) that has big bows all over it. Theres a wedding dress and a preacher and the cutest little boy and girl twins with matching clothes and LOTS and LOTS of kids. I always prefer sets with lots of kids. A tip from one who has cut out more paper dolls than she cares to remember- GET HANDLE-FREE CRAFT SISSORS!!! These are a must if you are going to cut out alot of paper dolls and don't want deep red indentations on your fingers.
