Just Read Author's Books Sept. 13 2009
By S. Hamel - Published on Amazon.com

I found this to be rather mediocre set of confirmations, I think picking up the Author's book, "Whereever you go, there you are" and reading a few sentences to be be a better short, pick me up.

Helpful read Dec 5 2012
By Cellie - Published on Amazon.com

This book helped me a lot. I read one or two chapters each morning, and sometimes went back and read them again. I am learning to quieten my mind and feel at one with the universe.

Aha! I finally found it! Nov. 18 2012
By F. Andrews - Published on Amazon.com

This book helped me to clear up some confusion I have had about meditation, and the "sacredness" of every individual. Clearly a wonderful book to read and to reference!

Mindfulness reminders Oct. 10 2012
By Madeline - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
A condensed, helpful way I use as a daily reminder to stay in the moment. Very helpful advice in assisting our daily journey while letting our thoughts be recognized without taking us off the track of mindfulness living.

I have recently become aware of John Kabat-Zinn and his works. This is a wonderful resource when you don't have a big chunk of time.
