DO NOT BUY,

Do not buy this monitor. It is a terrible monitor. It worked for a total of ten days. The battery never held a charge , lines would appear across the screen at night. All the things I could have lived with for the price but one day I turned the camera off and then it would never turn back on. I called the company and apparently this happens to everyone sooner or later. The cameras are defective. It took them a week to call me back and then they suggest I wait til the revised model comes out in Feb because it won't have the same problem. Then why are you continuing to waste everyone's time and money by selling a defective product and giving your company a bad name. Read the reviews on amazon.com. They are much more accurate. Thank goodness I was within my thirty days to get a full refund from amazon.ca or else I would have been very very upset. I give it zero stars. Worst product ever.

We bought this as a gift for a relative. First one was from Costco. Worked great for a month or so, then the charger shorted out and died making it unable to recharge. Returned that one and Costco no longer carried it. Found this one on Amazon, thought we'd give it a try because the rest of the monitor features worked great. Again, within a month the charger has died. Would not recommend this one because of the hassle.

Do not Buy,

Do not buy this monitor! We only used this monitor for about 2 weeks, and it stopped working on us. We could not get the camera to work, and would take endless time plugging it in and out, and switching it on and off. When it finally would be working we had to just leave it on and not move it, or it would stop working again. The handheld screen would also freeze up on us. We would put our boy down in the crib after a feeding, go back into our room and the monitor would show that he wasn't even in the crib. I was very excited when we got this monitor, but was very disappointed. Amazon was great though in refunding our money even though it was after the 30 days. Will for sure buy through Amazon again, but do not recommend this monitor at all!
