4.0 out of 5 stars Romantic Times Review, Jan 20 2004

(REAL NAME)
This review is from: Lightning Strikes (Paperback)
Silhouette begins a new twelve- month series this month. A horrific storm has hit Grand Springs, Colorado, and the town is plunged into darkness for 36 hours. Mary Lynn Baxter kicks off the series with LIGHTNING STRIKES (4). Dr. Noah Howell has had quite a night. First the storm, then his sister has run away from her own wedding. When he finally gets to the hospital things go from bad to worse when he comes face to face with Dr. Amanda Jennings, a woman he jilted a year before. With a fast paced, "ER" feel, this series is sure to be a winner.

5.0 out of 5 stars Lightning Strikes by Mary Lynn Baxter, Feb 1 2000
By Pam Green - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: Lightning Strikes (Paperback)
The book was excellant, but left the reader hanging with several characters with problems unsolved. An amnesia victim, bride leaving the alter following an altercation with guns, etc. Is there a sequel?

5.0 out of 5 stars Lightening Strikes (36 Hours Series), July 5 2009
By Peggy Davis - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: Lightning Strikes (Paperback)
This is the first book of the original 12 book series. Each book was by a different author and the continuity was excellent. Later, another 5 or 6 books were issued to continue the same series and each was good in its on right, but they waited too long to add it to the series, even though I re-read the series before I read the final additions. These writers are amazing people and extremely talented.
