This collection of Eric Shanower's graphic Oz novels is a must-have for Oz enthusiasts. Mr. Shanower is the true successor to John R. Neill, who illustrated the original Oz series. My favorite tale, "The Enchanted Apples of Oz" is a terrific story, modern yet still full of Baum's original spirit. The drawings are perfection, full of details and movement.

A wonderful book with superb artwork and excellent stories that are faithful to the spirit of L. Frank Baum. Perfect for any fan of the original Oz books. Even if you only know the Judy Garland movie, you don't have to have prior knowledge to enjoy Shanower's fantastic work.
