Suprised! June 22 2011
By J Kistner - Published on
I, for the most part, do not enjoy rap or hip hop. A few years back I heard "So Beautiful" on a Tooth and Nail sampler and really enjoyed the song and thought I would check out his live CD. I did not get to see the DVD portion. Manafest seems to pull off an energy that has been hugely lacking in most live albums from Christian artist ( Kutless, Thousand Foot Krutch, and sorry to say Demon Hunter). The rap itself may be pretty white but the hard driving rythms and the energy the comes across from the band and crowd make it well worth a listen.
I still can't stop the Chase! Sept. 16 2012

I love the music on this cd. Avalanche, which previously sounded bland to me is now my favorite track. There is not one song on this that I don't like. The only issue I have with it is it isn't a very spiritual cd. Manafest has never set out to make himself a worship leader so that's okay. If you like rock/rap mixes check this out.
