I only new Yes on this CD. So I was very presently surprised when I bought it. I am still working through Disk 1. It’s ok. But Disk 2 is wonderful. Every song is just a blessing. It’s just plain worship song after song. Very happy I bought it.

The Prequel for the "Praise is What I Do" album,

I am so outdone by this new album by Shekinah Glory Ministry. This double album is like the prequel for the second CD on their first double-album. I was originally concerned that this album wasn't going to be as good as the first when it comes to worship, but it's actually an addition for their first, classic, worship album-"Praise is What I Do".The first CD is great! The praise and exhortation is awesome. I can see churches playing these songs. My favorite song is "Clap/Shout". I also like the song "Higher." They did really well with their upbeat praise songs this time. I wouldn't be surprised if they play them on the gospel radio stations. I'm also highly impressed with the band. The music is so full of excellence. Then we come to the second CD, which starts off with the song "How Deeply I Need You". This song caused me to pray in the Spirit, which is exactly what I needed. This CD has 3 really good songs of prayer, "How Deeply I Need You," "Like Never Before" and "The Place." Then it ends with the song "Yes," which was highly anointed for me because it caused me to repent, because like God says in the song "there is more that [He] requires of" me. My favorite song on this CD is "Like Never Before" because it's a great song of prayer to release God's power, glory and His passion into our lives. This song also makes me want to get William Murphy's new album, "All Day", because he's the singer and writer for this song. I also like the song "The Place" cause I want to go into "that secret place, called the holy of holies" like the song says. So for me this album is great. God is really using them. So if you really want to have a good time in God with Shekinah Glory Ministry's music, here's what you do: Play the 1st CD and the 2nd, in that order from the "Live" album. Then play the 2nd CD from "Praise is What I Do" to get deep into worship. The 1st CD on "Live" will cause you to praise God. The 2nd CD from "Live" will cause you to praise, worship, pray and repent, which will prepare you to truly worship in spirit and truth when you play the 2nd CD on "Praise is What I Do". 28 of 28 people found the following review helpful

Can I be honest? I like this CD release even more than Shekinah Glory's first cd. I've only had this "LIVE" CD for 10 days, but already, I have at least 13 personal praise anthems from this awesome CD. The songs on this CD have truly pierced my heart... and I know why: the songs are based on Scriptures. God is truly glorified through the songs on this CD. I have a 40 minute commute, and by the time I get to the office, I feel ready to face whatever... having spent the last 40 minutes in high praise. Soaring really is the only word I can think of to describe how I feel after listening to this CD. Disc 2 is chocked full of pure, anointed worship. Awesome, awesome, awesome!!! Truly, there is something on the "Live" CD for everyone!!! Whether you are on a mountain top or walking through a valley, this CD will take you higher in Jesus, for sure!!!

I just heard this song on the radio last Sunday while I was driving. I was in a very bad place in my mind and heart. Anyway, this song came on, and it was the most beautiful, powerful, gut wrenchingly amazing song that I have ever heard. The group is Shekinah Glory Ministry and the song is Yes. It is on their current release Live. I just lost it! Tears were streaming out of me from places that I didn't think they could. I then went out on this pier overlooking the ocean in New Haven, Ct., and I then proceded to hit my knees and pray to the Lord to help me. I haven't prayed on my knees in almost 13 years. God is starting to lift the dark cloud from over my head now. I just want to thank Him for hearing my prayer, and I want to thank Shekinah Glory Ministry for recording such an amazing song. I am now even looking to start going back to church, which I also haven't done in many many years. This amazing song from this amazing group has changed my life for the better. I hope that someone will foward this review toShekinah Glory Ministry, so they will know that their music has touched my heart like never before. I HAVE TO BUY THIS RECORD!! I will!!
