Livestock Handling and Transport is one of the best researched and well illustrated books I have found on livestock handling and animal behavior. The contributing authors are all experts in their field and are from all parts of the world -- a great perspective! They all come together to compile a must-read for producers, livestock handlers, animal behaviorists, etc. I highly recommend this book. It should be required reading in all ag classrooms.

This is a must reed book for anyone handling livestock. We raise pigs on pasture which is a little different than Grandin covers, more like her cattle handling. Highly recommended book. I bought mine used and by chance it happens to be a signed copy. Kind of cool.
