5.0 out of 5 stars A very cool Learning Aide. Dec 16 2012

This Living Language: Italian 2013 Day-to-Day Calendar: Daily Phrase & Culture Calendar is a very cool learning aide. I purchased a similar one last year and used it as well as doing a comprehensive Italian course and it helped to expand my vocabulary. It is a basic daily calendar which has a Word, Expression or Phrase in both Italian and English (as well as Day and Month in Italian and English), as the year progresses you know more and more Italian words, phrases and expressions. On the weekends you either get an phrase or expression or you get something from Italian culture. There are also days where you learn about Italian culture and food. The Calendar also comes with a CD with common phrases you need when visiting Italy. The CD includes tracts on saying hello, basic expressions, making friends, at the restaurant, Shopping, Staying in touch, getting around, numbers, days and months and bonus expressions. Its a very nice learning tool.
