After Jim fed us and taught us to cook, I couldn't wait to pick up his book. It reminded me of so many of the reasons I love leading bike rides to so many of our wonderful local farms. The story is a journey following Jim's life being inspired to leadership in the slow food movement. With "You can do it," encouragement I can't wait for my next trip to the farmer's market.

Locavore Adventures also suggests an approach that provides a guide to living the nutrition philosophy of Cancer Athletics Nutrition. Eat fresh local food. Thank you Jim for an inspiring book.
