I've had various wireless mice and keyboards, but this one is something else. It works on ANY surface, and I mean ANY, glass included, and is so precise I can even play games with it. I have it paired with my K340 keyboard on the same nano receiver from Logitech, which is incredible, and SETPOINT software recognizes both no problem, and I can set either up the way I want. So, one receiver for both my keyboard and my 'Anywhere MX' mouse, both have incredible range, and both last for over a year without changing batteries even after daily use. I use my mouse every day for hours, and it's only down to 94% from 100%, after a month, incredible. It's fully programmable, has an on/off slide on the bottom (Although I always keep it on ON), which can be handy if you have another mouse and want only that mouse recognized for whatever purpose. It has the side back/forward browser buttons which can be used for other purposes if so programmed (up to you), and has a wheel on top which has a tilt function (left/right as well as the usual wheel forward/backward function), and a button which I have programmed to bring up all the open windows in Win7 (called "Switch between windows") but you can program it for whatever you want.
Incredible product, I can't think of any better. Oh, on top of it all, it comes with an excellent warranty as well as a beautiful little leather pouch for traveling (did I mention it's the prefect size :-), not a tiny bluetooth mouse that hardly fits into your hand, and not a huge mouse for inside only use, it's the perfect middle).
Hope my review was helpful.

I love everything about this mouse. I've had it for a couple of years now and it's still working like a champ.

The tracking abilities of this mouse are simply amazing. I use it on all sorts of different surfaces regularly (it's paired to a laptop) including but not limited to: Microsuede Lazyboy arm, bumpy fabric arm (on another recliner!), glass table top, oak table top, regular cheap melamine desktop at school, canvas pantleg - you name, this mouse works on it.

The shape fits my hand very nicely, the scroll wheel having two options (one that is totally smooth with no click roll and one where it's got a clickiness that keeps you from scrolling too quickly) is very nice and easily selectable. The forward and back buttons are nicely placed and fall easily to your thumb for use. The actual click action of the main buttons is very nice.

Battery life is quite decent, I can't really tell you specifically how long it is, but that should indicate it's not too short! The receiver is great because it's so tiny, I just leave it in my laptop all the time.

In short, aside from price, there is really nothing I'd change about this mouse!

Very well built, good-looking, micro USB dongle, amazing scroll wheel, really does track on anything. I'm using it on a glass table right now with no problems.

The mouse takes two AA batteries which as the previous reviewer mentioned makes this a bit on the heavy side. However, the mouse will run on a single AA if you prefer. This obviously reduces battery life a bit, but if you're a bit judicious with remembering to turn it off when you're done with it, you are still looking at a lifetime of several months.

I find the left and right buttons a bit loud, which sometimes is a nuisance at school.

I bought this for around $90 and I am 100% satisfied. As I'm writing this review, it's on sale for $69.99, which is a great deal.

Small, but fits my large hands. Works on one or two batteries. Really does operate on nearly any surface, even where all other mice fail. Nice scroll wheel. Don't know what the range limit is, but it goes at least 15' (sorry - I'm in a small room so this is the max I can test easily).

Only complaints:

1) The middle (third) mouse button is a bit inconvenient to press (but most people don't use this button; even I don't use it too often anymore).

2) Doesn't give any warning about "low battery" (possibly custom software from Logitech might support this?). This is common to most wireless mouses, though.

Best mouse I ever bought. The scroll wheel can be turned into a fly wheel to scroll quickly to large amounts of text. The middle mouse button is a separate button. The scroll wheel itself does not act as a button, which requires some familiarization. The mouse needs to accommodate two AA batteries, adding a lot of weight. The extra weight adds precision to the mouse's movements, however the tool might be too heavy for some.
The mouse is expensive, but the money is well invested if you do serious computer work.

The mouse wheel on this mouse is like no other mouse wheel I've used before. It's very powerful. You can give it a flick and let it spin for a bit, making it very useful for scrolling on long pages. Unfortunately, it's also very easy to hit by accident. It does try to solve this by giving the wheel "modes". Press the wheel in and it becomes "clicky" and harder to turn. Unfortunately, it misses the middle ground that I desire for gaming.

That feature also means a non-traditional MMB. The button is below the wheel. Works fine, but takes some getting used to.

The arrow keys on the side (for going forward and back) work great on Windows, not at all on Linux, and OS X decided to treat them like MMB (but I'm told that one is Apple's fault).

Battery life is average. Nothing special, but nothing bad. Otherwise works as expected.
