The Logitech G35 is probably one of the smartest things I have ever purchased. When you first listen to anything using these headphones, you'll catch yourself checking to make sure your external speakers aren't on. I also own Logitech's Z5500 surround speakers, and I must say at times I find it's a hard decision as to which I would prefer to listen to music with. The surround feature makes music sound fantastic, works great on Blu-Ray movies and any movie files with a high bitrate surround source. In stereo, the sound quality matches any $300+ valued headset on the market.
The only down side to this headset so far has been microphone positioning. I find with the boom fully lowered (at mouth level), the sound pickup functions rather poorly. The pickup seems to be angled-down slightly, so ideal mic placement is slightly above the mouth.

I purchased this headset after Christmas and received it within a week or so. This headset does not run off your built-in cards in your computer and you have to install some software that installs the drivers. This is a painless process and is easy to perform. The headset is very comfortable to wear for hours on end and the mic conveniently folds up out of the way and is automatically muted in this position. I highly recommend this product as it is hard to find a good gaming headset for under $100 and this performs beautifully.

No complaints about the sound quality but these headphones have a weak spot. The right ear cup is known to snap off. Mine just broke when I was taking it off my head. Its covered under 2 year warranty so save your receipt.

Great for Communications
The mic is excellent, as is the surround sound. Stereo sound is alright but not great. Buttons on the side are surprisingly handy, scroll bar for volume works well.
