Love the book and have very fond memories of his restaurant in Maui. The food was always excellent and the service exceptional. I already made various items and the book is on my favorite list.

We recently visited Maui and luckily just happened to have lunch at Longhi's. Our lunch was delicious, so my husband decided to buy one of the cookbooks on display. (Bob Longhi was gracious enough to autogragh the cookbook for us.) We have tried several of the recipes, and are pleased to find they are easy to follow and true to the taste. Unique, delicious dishes I look forward to sharing with friends and family.

Beautiful Cookbook!
