Product Description

It's spooky. It's wacky. It's STRANGER THAN FICTION! Exploding with sheer cartoon craziness, these all-new Toons star your favorite Looney Tunes characters making big-time fun of everything from mysteriously goofy TV shows to sci-fi movie blockbusters! Plus, you'll also be treated to an irresistible assortment of must-see, new-and-improved-deluxe-extra-special Looney Tunes DVD bonus features! In this eerily-entertaining volume: Porky and Yosemite Sam go creature-hunting and end up in a Loch Ness Mess. Daffy hosts a preposterous paranormal TV show featuring everything from the fearsome "Mexican goat-sucker" to crazy crop circles and a Shakespeare-spouting Taz! Then, Porky and Daffy land on the very odd Planet of the Taz - and discover some even stranger sequel-planets! Plus, more way-Looney spoofs and shorts full of weirdly wonderful Warner-riffic fun!

1.0 out of 5 stars Awful - if you love the old stuff, stay away Jun 5 2004
Format:DVD
If you, like me, love the old ("classic" ?) looney tunes,
DO NOT BUY this one. I bought an earlier one (Golden
Classics or some such title) and I (and my wife and children)
loved (most) of the earlier DVD. We did not even finish this
DVD, and we will not. None liked it. It seems that there
was one (1) episode we regarded as almost ok, but that's it.

If you like whereever this stuff came from fine, but be
aware that this is lightyears differernt from the classics.

1.0 out of 5 stars Save Your Money Oct 28 2003
Format:DVD
Garbage, plain and simple. Simply product with no concern for quality or substance. Buy the LOONEY TUNES GOLDEN COLLECTION instead. I only got a copy of STRANGER THAN FICTION because of the store coupon which enabled me to get it free. My five year old liked it. I'm not so sure she'll like it when she's six. I thought Disney watered down their product, but this is just embarrassing.

1.0 out of 5 stars Just plain Strange..... April 28 2004
Format:DVD
It's very strange that Warners would go to the trouple of releasing web-episodes of Looney Tunes from their web-site and put it on this DVD. It's pretty cheap and it's also highway robbery.

1.0 out of 5 stars Please ignore this also....
Another collection of cheap web-episode animation from the WB web-site that Warners is trying to pass off as films on a cheap DVD. It's pretty standard Warners fare. Read more

3.0 out of 5 stars Not great, but not as bad as some would say.
Not as good as "Looney Tunes: Reality Check," and not even remotely as good as "Looney Tunes: The Golden Collection," this set of 21 new Looney Tunes shorts are, for the most part,... Read more

4.0 out of 5 stars Underappreciated.
Both "Stranger than Fiction" and "Reality Check!" are being bashed to no end, however, it should be stated that these new web-only toons were the base of the... Read more

5.0 out of 5 stars These are great!
I saw these on the web years ago and was hoping they'd end up on a compilation somewhere. They may not move like the old classics, but these were the best web shorts ever... Read more

1.0 out of 5 stars Terrible
Don't waste your money on these badly-voiced, badly-animated, and very badly-written cartoons. It's hard to believe that Warner is actually releasing this... Read more

5.0 out of 5 stars It's funny
I saw this DVD and it's funny. The cartoons are short and sweet. It's good to see Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck in new cartoons and more modern situations. I liked it very much.

4.0 out of 5 stars Looney Tunes "lite" - good fun
It's not the Looney Tunes you'd expect but these shorts are quick and fun - different from the 40's and 50's ones- with pretty wacky set-ups - including some funny modern TV spoofs... Read more

1.0 out of 5 stars The cover art on this says it all!
With releases like this worthless DVD...WARNER BROTHERS is Looney. What were they thinking? My kids don't even like these cartoons.

1.0 out of 5 stars Don't bother
This is just a collection of the awful webtoons featuring the Looney Tunes characters. The animation is bad (the same clip-art poses you've seen before... Read more
