Book Description

June 2008
When Andy Johnson, owner of a small but flourishing landscape gardening company in South Wales, decided to go to the aid of an extremely overweight young boy who was locked inside a toilet cubicle aboard a ferry bound for Rosslaire, Ireland, little did he realise that his boyhood fantasy of adventures in Fairy Land were to become a terrifying, blood curdling nightmarish reality from which he would find no escape. According to his grotesquely fat and extremely overindulgent mother, Caitlin O'Flattery; her darling boy Patrick John O'Flattery, whom she fondly refers to as Peejay, is being taken to Arklow where, accompanied by her husband and mother, they will stay with her sister, Maggie until Peejay shows some signs of recovery from a road accident in which he sustained some very serious head injuries; which have resulted in a personality disorder. Unbeknown to Andy, travelling aboard the same ferry on a mission from The Council of Elders of Fairy Land, is a young novice fairy; 9 year old Daisy Moss in the company of her friend Pinto Pots, a 15 year old elf who is an apprentice gardener at the Sonoria Snowflake Academy for Advanced Novices, where the accident prone fairy is attending a special Summer School programme. During the voyage, Daisy and Pinto learn from a marrow who is swimming along side the ferry disguised as a seal, that Badaner, the Prince of Fairy Land, who almost ten years earlier and when only a few days old, was stolen from the royal household, is on the ferry; being smuggled into Ireland by his captors, an evil witch and her daughter. The Prince will be ten years old on Sunday, just two days away; if he has not received his Protection Spell by the last stroke of midnight on the Eve of his birthday, he will lose any inherited magic abilities and will become a pawn to the evil clans of The Unseelie Court ... The Unholy Court, in their attempt to steal the crown of Fairy Land and turn the worlds of fairyfolk and humans into chaos. In an action packed race against time, Daisy and Pinto, under the protection of the Guardians of The Worlds, are drawn into a terrifying battle against the most evil creatures to walk the earth; The Slaugh, a band of Fallen Angels who steal human souls and contaminate everything they touch. Andy, terror struck by the terrifying horrors that surround him; finally succumbs to the madness that holds him tightly in its grip.... From cover to cover, Lost and Found will keep you spellbound..it will make you laugh out loud . it will make you weep .it may even make you think . but this simply told tale of revenge, deceit, double crossing, love, friendship and ultimately for some, forgiveness. will never bore you.

Although I liked the book very much, I can clearly say that this was the worst internet shopping experience I ever had, thanks to the Amazon staff who did not care at all about my priorities. I needed the book VERY URGENTLY and paid nearly 50 US $ for the shipment, but they didn't ship it for more than a week, although it seemed to be in stock. And they only happened to ship it after I wrote a complaint mail. And though I paid for the fastest delivery they sent it with the medium speed delivery which is again another violation of my customer rights. And the postal service guys were as careful as the Amazon staff in not being able to find my address so I had to pay around another 50 US $ for the taxi and could finally have my book approximately one month later!!!!! Thanks amazon, you are the worst seller on the internet I have ever seen. I reccomend you to buy this book or any other book from somewhere else.
