I recently painted my living room. We have 10' ceilings and I setup this ladder as a scaffold placed a 1"x12" board on top and walked along as I "Cut-in" the top edge. This was much faster than moving the step ladders every 3 feet. I am 6'6" tall and 240lbs and the ladder was very solid.I then extended the ladder to "Cut-in" the ceiling over the stairway.
This is the "Only Ladder I Need".

I love how easy this ladder is to use. I had an older standard stepladder, and a step stool, but needed a taller ladder for getting onto my roof so I decided to purchase this ladder based on a recommendation of a friend. This is the only ladder I now need, I feel secure on it, even though its taller then my old stepladder. I think my favorite part is the quick locking hinge allows for easily set up, positions changes, and folding up when done - it's nice when things are easy to use!

This ladder has it all! I do most of the maintenance around my house, and this ladder is priceless. Use it as a step ladder, or an extension ladder. Uneven surfaces, not a problem. If you are doing any type of indoor or outdoor painting, you should look into this ladder.
