My favourite movie of the past couple of years April 18 2005

I thought love actually was a refreshing take on the typical romantic comedy. It's funny, heartwarming without falling into typical romantic comedy fluff. Not all of the endings were happy, some of the meetings were really unusual and some conclusions were a little unbelieveable, but it just made the story better. And, the soundtrack is amazing. I definitely recommend it.

This movie is a classic. It has warmth and pathos and entertains at the same time. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to smile and come away in a "feel good" mindset. There are many subplots - all entertaining and each with different take away. It takes place during the Christmas season but can be watched any time of the year.
