2.0 out of 5 stars The Hero is a Jerk!, April 22 2000
By A Customer
This review is from: Love Everlastin (Paperback)
This is probably the worst book in the series, and I barely managed to finish it. I found the main characters (Winston & Deliah) incompatible, and the love story unbelievable (and I'm not referring to the magic, but the relationship itself). The only reason I did finish this book is because I liked the previous ones, and I hate to not finish a book once I start. The good news is that the next one in the series is a vast improvement, and Winston becomes much more likable in the next sequel! Don't stop yourself from reading the series because of this one, I promise it gets better!

1.0 out of 5 stars Couldn't even finish it..., April 10 2000
This review is from: Love Everlastin (Paperback)
I loved Everlastin' when i read it, and still find myself dreaming about memorable scenes, so i logically assumed i'd enjoy this book. well, i tried to read it, and found it so boring that i couldn't even finish it...this from me, an aspiring writer.

3.0 out of 5 stars Becoming more and more far-fetched, July 6 1999
This review is from: Love Everlastin (Paperback)
Having read the first two in this series, I wanted to read this one also, but was somewhat disappointed. This book fringes on fantasy; fairies no less. I want a good ghost story and thought I was getting just that. As others have stated, all answers are not given by its ending, leaving the reader guessing and wondering what the book's purpose was; to whet the appetite for "Hope Everlastin"? For me it makes me wonder if I want to read the fourth installment. The first two were better.
