I originally purchased the fist few discs in the series of "love comes softly" for my mum for her birthday. After viewing them I was pleasantly surprised. My mum was thrilled when she viewed them, she watches them over and over. So I went on to purchase the rest of the series. She raves about them all. Each 1 can be watched as stand alone or as a set. Patty Duke plays the part of mother in law very well i this 1, she never takes offence to anything said to her and maintains her happy demeaner throughout. I have to admit it took a while to recognise her. Its a lovely family movie that instills good values and well worth the purchase price

Again, an excellent movie! Great values! Product was as advertised and was thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend it!These Hallmark series are great!

Doesn't flow,

These movies were great for the first 4 or 5 in the series but then started to lose steam. The actors are changing in each movie so you lose continuity and interest. They have lost their Christian edge as they hardly ever mention God or morality anymore. Also the ages are wrong. You have parents that look just a few years older than their kids. The stories are good for the whole family to watch together but that is about all I can say positive. The producer has to hire a better director and casting agent.
