1.0 out of 5 stars A totally implausable account of a Doctor "coming out"., Jun 17 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: MAKING LOVE (Mass Market Paperback)
I have read many books on this subject both fiction and non and this is one of the worst. I think it takes a man to write about such an intensely masculine experience. No one can write effectively about feelings and actions that are impossibly out of ones own realm.

The dissolution of a marriage is the main thrust of the book and only incidently is the growing cravings of the Doctor for male companionship and sex.

Other than the predictable story the book is filled with so many cliches and tired phrases it makes one wonder why anyone would make a movie of this piece of junk.
