Powerful 700 watt food dehydrator features include Nesco American Harvest unique airflow for even and efficient drying. Not need to rotate the trays as the food is dried evenly from the top tray to the bottom. The unique square design provides 41% more drying area than a round dehydrator so it's perfect for setting out jerky strips with ease. Adjustable thermostat for precise drying with temperature guideline printed on the motor housing. The bale handle allows for simple power head removal. So far so good ..Once I figure out the what when and how...The unit seems to work like it should..but not compared to an excaliber.apparently ....but for me its just fine...The biggest trouble I have is that anyone else buying from amazon....they are a total ripoff...A week after mine was delivered..I found them in Kelowna for 89.99..exact same..I really thought I checked it out..$5 maybe $10 not bad but $20....funny, ready to box up and send back but all 6 trays were loaded.Its one of those things..Round..Tuit
