The INCRA Router Table Plate is the single most important part of any high-accuracy router table. Incra's super-rigid, 3/8"-thick aluminum MagnaLOCK Router Table Plates are conveniently pre-drilled for the most popular routers or available without a router bolt pattern.
These 9-1/4" x 11-3/4" plates are standard equipment with all five Incra Router Tables and will work with a few other brands of tables. The included steel reducing rings are held securely by the MagnaLOCK system's high energy, rare-earth magnets. A simple leveling system at each magnet and access holes in the rings allow the rings to easily be brought absolutely, perfectly flush with the surrounding plate for the best performance during the most demanding, high-accuracy routing operations.
MagnaLOCK's instant, tool-free ring changes and perfectly flush fit for the rings make it simply the most convenient and best-performing ring system available. All of our mounting plates include three laser-cut steel rings with 1", 2-1/8" and 3-5/8" openings, and many more ring sizes are available as accessories. A simple quarter turn of the corner mounted, eccentric Cam-Lock screw securely holds the plate snugly in the router table's recess, eliminating any play between the table and plate for precise router work without the need for shims.

I used the Incra Router Table Plate in the extension table of my table saw. While I'm very happy with the product, I'm disappointed that the plate did not come pre-drilled for the Triton Router I specified. The mounting holes were provided, but one of the big advantages of the Triton Router is the built-in above-table height adjustment. The Incra Plate did not include a hole to use the height adjustment feature of the router... I drilled my own which was not a problem but should have been provided. Also, for the price, you'd think they could have provided the leveling set screws needed to use the product. The instructions provided were not helpful and gave inaccurate thread sizes for the leveling holes.Bottom line- It's the best base plate... very solid, but instructions need corrections, screws should be provided, and buyers should not have to drill their own hole for the height adjustment crank.
