This happened even if i removed all the other expansion cards, including my PCIE video card: if this USB card was in, the power switch became the reset switch. Once the card was removed, the power switch worked properly.
This behavior happened even without the OS running - it started right at POST.
My system board is Asus M3A, with a recent BIOS, and works great with an older PCI USB card, as long as this PCIE card isn't in it.
Was looking forward to having it in my system, but something about it isn't compatible...
