beware some manufacturing issues

I recently bought 2 of these and noticed one of the ports did not recognize any USB device. After ruling out the cables and the device, I took a look at main IC on the board under a scope and could see a few of the pins (4 of them) were not soldered to the board. After a quick re-solder I was able to get it working but most probably don't have a lab and would just return it at that point. Besides that, installation was pretty easy, just snaps in to the PCI slot, no driver or disk needed.
