This is my second TOTO Neorest and these put simply cannot be compared to any other product as they are in a league of their own. We have had the first for 5 years and it performs perfectly. Heated seat is a godsend on cold nights and the 'woosh' flush that you do not get form the Washlet (seat only unit) puts a smile on the face every time!

I had to write a review since I was on trek for reviews prior to purchasing. I would definitely recommend this toilet to everyone. Why are these just not standard in all households!! It came in a nice neat box which sat in my bathroom until I found a plumber to install. I seen a YouTube video that made me and my husband shy away from installing. But my plumber installed it with no problem in probably two hours and that was with taking my current toilet out.. Everything lined up perfectly, however in the YouTube video the guy had problems so it may vary for every household. Then of course you have to have power. We used an extension cord until the electrician came the next day. But that was a simple hour worth of work. So if you are not the handy type plan on extra couple hundred dollars for the install. But once installed it is great!!!!!! Did I say I love my new toilet. I was scared it was going to be shorter than a normal toilet but it is actually taller than my previous toilet, there is just no tank in the back. I never knew how great it would feel sitting down on a heated toilet seat! I was afraid the cleaning wand would get dirty or something but it's at an angle or something and works perfectly!! I was one of the people holding it in a lot but now I am letting it out any chance I get! Lol. And ladies at that time of the month nothing more refreshing. I know too much info but I was looking for this prior to buying. Oh and one more thing, remember that little smell you use to smell in the bathroom, ok maybe only me and my hubby have that problem but if you have it too, the exhaust fan integrated into the toilet is great! I literally have not smelled anything, nothing absolutely nothing since getting this toilet. Did I mention I love my new toilet!!!! Be careful using other "old" toilets because since I get up and it just flushes for me, my hand is out of practice flushing so keep that in mind. I may have to get one for the guest bath too because I am getting quite spoiled! Hope this review helps anyone else out there looking. I suggest already having plumber and electrician lined up so your install can go as easy as mine did. Enjoy!
