Cool N Quiet card, overclocks to Core 650 Mhz, Mem 1910 Mhz. MSI Afterburner rocks Aug. 12 2010
By GamingAccess - Published on Amazon.com
I love the product. I am able to overclock it to 650 Mhz core, 1583 Shader clock, 1910 memory clock, and the MSI afterburner software allows me to run the computer's games with good settings

----------------------------
VERY IMPORTANT OVERCLOCKERS
----------------------------
If you overclock this puppy to 675Mhz or more, your overclock will fail (sometimes the Nvidia driver crashes), and your core clock will DOWNCLOCK, yeah, you heard it right, it will DOWN CLOCK to 450Mhz, and ONLY A RESTART will fix that. So keep that in mind, when overclocking it, if you overclock too much, you have to restart Windows, or else you will be running at 450Mhz core and 800 Mhz memory, and the card will run super ultra slow
----------------------------

I was able to run Batman at an average of 30 FPS, for a $89 card that's pretty good (1920x1080, high, PhysX high too)

with 1GB DDR5 this is the PERFECT card for PhysX/CUDA

It runs great with Adobe Premiere CS5 as a CUDA card. It runs the Mercury Playback Engine really nice (1280x720p videos), so the CPU is not overloaded when editing videos.

Overall, for $89, this baby works great as a primary card, a secondary card (when you need to buy/sell video cards), as a PhysX card, or as a CUDA card for Adobe Premiere CS5. it uses super low power, makes no noise at all, temperatures are nice and cool around 31C idle.

The MSI afterburner is second to none.

I will use this card for around 2-3 weeks, and then buy a GTX 460, and keep this baby as the PhysX/CUDA card.

I am happy that I am able to play Batman WITH PhysX at 1920x1080 with this card, it's amazing

I bought this used because I always look to save money where I can, and let me tell you, this thing is amazing. My monitor resolution is 1280x1024 and every game I've played so far is at the highest graphics settings they can go with no stutters or lag or dropped frames anywhere. Supposedly this card is loud but I don't really pay attention to how loud my computer is when I'm blowing people up in TF2. Great card.
