As of June 1, 2002, 9,636 books have been sold. The book is now a best seller.
The new musical Magic Mandala Screen Saver, consisting of 12 high resolution, brilliantly colored, animated mandalas is also selling very well; a preview can be seen on the author's website.
In 1999 the book won an award by Coalition of Visionary Retailers in the Self Help category. Dover Publishing Inc. purchased 44 of the designs and now publishes its version entitled: Mandala Designs by Martha Bartfeld. In the year 2000, the Italian rights were sold and the book is now published in Italian, in large format, 2 volumes.
