I am making my own biltong and expected a book on various methods on how to prepare biltong with different meats and methods of spicing,, curing etc. there is literally one page in the book that talks about how to make biltong. The other recipes are what you can add biltong too, such as muffins, breads etc. in addition, this book is really slim and is more like a pamphlet. I don't get it, there are so many things that could be discussed. I seriously should write a book since this obviously does not cover the subject at all. Disappointed.
