About the Author

Superb book by someone who did make a difference,

As a longtime resident of Saskatchewan, I have seen many politicians come and go. However, few have been as instrumental in the development of the province's economy and society as Eric Cline. His book humbly illustrates this, drawing on his long service in Saskatchewan's legislature. Cline pulls no punches, and by the end of the book, you can see the passion with which he acted in the public interest. What makes this particularily appealing is that Cline speaks warmly of the less glamorous side of the political game, demonstrating the requirements of a good constituency man helping citizens in his riding.I strongly recommend this book to anyone interested in politics, from the perspective of someone who lived it from the inside.
