3.0 out of 5 stars Had to buy it for a class - more self-help philosophy Sep 13 2009

I had to buy this book for a class on change management. Other than that I wouldn't have considered it. No real new information and was mostly about the philosophy on fear of change than the manangement of technical changes - which would be more in my interest.

The product was for school use. It has been very useful, as the teacher has given us several assignments from it. I think it will come in handy in the future.
