The cover looks awesome and it came about a week before it said it would. The record plays great and has incredible sound. It also comes with a code for a digital download of the album in mp3 format. I would definitely recommend this record to anybody who is a music fan, KiD CuDi is forsure one of the greatest musicians of our generation. GET THIS ALBUM!!!!

Basically if you really love kid cudis flow then you should probably like this cd but if you are like me and thing hes only alright then thats what you'll think of this cd. he flows the same on pretty much every song. There are bunch of pretty lame songs especially solo dolo which really annoys me, but then on the flip side you have some pretty great songs. which in my mind makes kid cudi a hit or miss artist. He goes from one extreme to another. Songs I really liked were persuit of happiness which is the best on the cd, simple as..., alive, and soundtrack to my life. another song worth mentioning is "make her say", which has a crazy beat that i couldnt help getting lost in. i wasnt even really listening to the rapping. But yeah besides those songs id have to pass on this cd. still 5 really good songs is better than none so its worth a look.

With all the mixtape and single hype for Cudi, I was expecting a Kanye-ish album that was long on hype and short on substance. However apart from a few tracks, Cudi manages to put together an excellent debut full of dark and interesting production that perhaps the average fan didn't expect. Lyrcially things suffer at times, but for an album that I didn't originally have much faith in, it became one of my favourites of 2009.
