This book is amazing! I am a nurse and have to take the Organizational Management Course at University. This book is very well organized, gives a great amount of various useful business details. It is good for anyone who considers becoming a manager/owner of the company and has to work with people. I have never thought that I could even consider managing others prior to taking the course and reading this textbook. Now it is quite possible or even definitely yes! After my course is complete, i will pass this book to my husband who is constantly involved in expanding his own business.

Needed book for school,

Hey! i was satisfied with the purchase of this product. It came in perfect condition and met my needs for school. It came pretty fast in the mail, so i was really satisfied over all. Im in a nursing course, and this is one of the books that i needed to purchase. It is worth purchasing, because it has a lot of examples in the context, but it is not related to nurses at all. It is also Canadian, so that is a benefit from this countries perspective.
