Product Description

From AudioFile

Recorded at a lively Chicago seminar, this program features the author teaching time and life-management principles with stunning examples and a high level of personal commitment to his message. The powerful idea of living one's values and taking responsibility for daily choices is made even more compelling when delivered by Smith, a magnetic speaker who really connects with his audience. He says that with daily introspection and planning over a 21-day period, you'll make progress with the challenge of lining up what you do with what really matters to you. The author's commitment to his message and personal energy are memorable and will lead most people to his other audios, books, and planning tools. 5.0 out of 5 stars The Ability to Stop and See Why I Act the Way I Act, May 29 2000
This review is from: Managing Personal Change (Audio Cassette)
He's absolutely right... These aren't new ideas, but it takes someone to put it all together so you can understand the process. The "Belief Window" (and how it's connected) concept was such an eye opener for me. I now stop and try to figure out what is driving my behavior.

Hyrum Smith taught me that there is more I can control than I once believed. The "it's OK to drown, but it's not OK to get eaten" insight he learned while trying to swim the Honolulu Bay will definitely broaden your perspective on the influence of needs.

I guarantee you'll learn something that will help you and firmly believe it will change you.

It is one of the best ever tape that I have listen to in my life, and as a professional trainer in Personal Change, now I believe that I gained more thoughts and ideas about the subject. Thanks Hyrum.
