This book is an excellent way to keep your good feelings from the Teachings of Abraham going. It consists of excerpts from Ask and It is Given and other material - short paragraphs that get to the heart of their teachings. The book is full color, and each page has an illustration and a quote to ponder. It serves as an excellent reminder of the processes Abraham gives for building good feelings, which I find work extremely well. If you are not familiar with all the processes then you should get Ask and It is Given, but if you've already read some Abraham material this book is handy. I find I can read 20 - 30 pages (remember, 1 quote per page) and my mood is easily uplifted. The colors and illustrations are cheerful, and the book overall is fantastic.

This book is great when you need to hear a message or just something inspirational. I use it every day and the massage always answers or addresses something that is on my mind that day. I close my eyes saying give me a message for today while I am running my fingers over the edge of the pages and wherever I feel I should stop is where my message is. Perfect! My message!

Motivation
I find this an interesting daily motivator. You can read one manifestation a day or several. It is motivating to help get to right "space"

A great start!
This is an excellent read, for help implementing the LOA. Step by step Abraham explains how to get things moving inside and out. You will feel, and see the results!
