Blood pressure cuff that measures from the bottom up. That means it doesn't inflate way up and then reduce pressure. It goes to the top end, then stops and lets out pressure--much easier on the arm. However, I'm consistently getting higher readings than what I get at a medical clinic. The calibration must be off. I would return, but I've had it too long before I discovered the discrepancy. Too bad. I'd get one just like it--if it worked accurately!

This handcuffs is like a piece of junk. It doesn't have on/off button. When you put the battery in, it will stays on forever, and when you want to use it, it ran out of battery. I am not sure if this product is really lifetime warranty b/c the manufacturer stop making them for awhile.Other than that, it gives accurate readings.

This item is junk. It arrived with no instructions whatsoever. "Directions in English, Spanish and French"? Bunk. That means that a user must already be an expert in taking BP readings before using this item. It also means that setting the memory up to track BP trends is more trouble than it's worth. I've attempted to contact the manufacturer for replacement instructions, and I can't even get a return phone call or emailed reply. Since I've also searched online for a manual with no success, I must conclude that a manual for this device has never been published. This unit also shows both systolic and diastolic numbers about 15 points higher than a BP check administered by a nurse or a physician's assistant. Granted, I don't have instructions, but whose fault is that? Don't waste your money on this one, it's a nutsed-up unit put on the market by a crummy manufacturer.
