I always enjoy my time in New England particularly on Cape Cod and the Islands. This book is beautifully photographed and put together. You get a real feel for all those lovely little towns and their special places. The views, interiors and gardens truly reflect the feel of Martha's Vineyard. You ban almost smell the sea and the roses when you turn the pages. A great coffee table book and a nice addition to your travel library. It's really worth having.

This was the most beautifully written and photgraphed decorating book I have seen. I own dozens of such books, and I seldom read all of the text, but I read this one from cover to cover. It made me want to lounge in the gardens and explore the house. I highly recommend this book for lovers of home decorating and gardening books. It is exquisitely warm and funny!

I absolutely love this book. The author chose homes of real people who live on the island and the homes featured are personal, unique, brimming with personality, and will delight you with more eye candy than you can imagine. If you want a book you can look at again and again, and if you're looking for inspiration, this book does it all.
