You can tell within the first page that the author really knows his stuff.

I've learnt some fantastic techiques which are all explained clearly and in detail. It may be small but this book definitely "packs a punch". Really great book with excellent insights. I've read it twice already.

I can 100% recommend it if you're interested in improving your negotiation techniques.

This book is very useful book.

Ive read a number of other books on how to influence people and the art of negotiation. This is definitely one of the best.

There are an excellent number of detailed and highly relevant techniques that I will definitely be trying.

10/10 - I'd recommend this to anyone who loves negotiation.

This book has some REALLY great techniques on how to gain the upper-hand in negotiating. I've actually found myself using them almost daily, and they've been a great boon. Just the other day I closed a deal and got an extra two grand out of the deal by using Ravinder's techniques (in particular the Flinching, Trade-off, and Decoy techniques!)

The ONLY gripe I have is the formatting and some grammatical mistakes, otherwise it would get five stars from me.
