5.0 out of 5 stars Comparing Simon/Blume and Chiang Nov 26 2001
Format:Hardcover
Both books cover much the same material. Although Chiang is more "basic" and Simon & Blume more "sophisticated" I would recommend Simon & Blume even to undergraduates and students taking their first course in math econ because it is better written and reads much more easily. Chiang, however, is more useful if you are trying to get to sleep. ;)
