Disappointing read - might be useful for someone just leaving college,

I was quite disappointed with this book. I found the material too frequently stating the obvious and it seemed to me to be more about how to interact with people in a business context than really being a guide to improving your presentation skills.I suppose it may be useful to someone with little or no working experience who is wanting to improve how they inteact with people in a business context.

I work in high tech and have had problems when I've been asked to present to senior management. I fall apart. Ellen Kaye's clear concise advice, especially Chapter 2 Conversations, has made me keenly aware of some bad habits. I have already changed a number of things that I do as a result of reading this book and my boss has commented on it.This is a must read for anyone in the business world!
