These were the same support knee braces that my physician ordered and this was the best price and place to buy them! I ordered two and it came in handy because my other knee gave out while trying to strengthen my Left one. I ordered a size small and I wear a size 2 in pants and it's snug like it's supposed to fit. So 5'2" 115 lb. female wears SMALL, hope that helps. Also, put some baby powder on the inside, turn it inside out and slide it up your leg and turn it in half when you get to the actual patella (knee cap) then allow the other half to fold up (the right side will then be on the outside!)

I bought one a couple years ago and it was really good so I bought a new one. This one has inner rubber lining and single stich right on the middle in the back. The rubber is too constrictive and non permeable so sweats do not evaporate. The stiches on the back irritate my skin. I had to return it.
