Inflammation is so widespread now- the result of eating the standard diet. I am pretty sure we all know someone who suffers in some way, or perhaps suffer ourselves. Julie explains, so simply, how this process occurs in the body, and more importantly, how we can heal from it. Julie offers loads of scientific research supported nutrition info, but the highlight for me, is for sure the recipes. Her recipes are simple, easy to follow, beautifully photographed and delicious. This book should be a staple in every kitchen- whether you suffer from inflammation or just want more whole, real food in your life.

Finally a cookbook with delicious, healthy and simple recipes that even the newest 'health nut' can recreate. The nutrition reference section is one of the best I have seen and makes this cookbook easy to recommend to clients and anyone on a journey to health and wellness.
A must have in every kitchen!

Awesome, awesome book. So full of great information, I found it very helpful and informative. As a sufferer of celiacs disease, i found the recipes wonderful, both healthful and easy to make. And the food actually tastes terrific!!!
