I feel I should start this by saying I love meat. But even more than meat, I love good food. This was recommended to me from a friend who is a vegetarian, and I was very skeptical to pickup this cookbook as such.

Well lo and behold, my first week with this book and every meal I made was from inside its pages. I am a very beginner chef and sometimes feel overwhelmed looking at recipes where I don't feel confident I'll be able to pull it off. That was never the case with Meatless. The recipes were mostly easy to make and were all extremely delicious.

I highly recommend this for meat eaters and vegetarians alike! Good food is good food, and that's what you will find in these pages.
