So much great stuff in a handy pocket-sized format. As a new LPN, I feel reassured when I am able to look things up quickly for confirmation. Definitely one to keep close by my side at work.

This is a great tool to keep in your pocket. As a nursing student this has quick information and has a good feature of being able to caviwipe it down after a "gross" situation.

I highly recommend getting this book if you are going into nursing school or a medsurg rotation.
Super useful!

Big help with patient care Sept. 8 2009
By Student Nurse - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Spiral-bound
This is a great little book. It;s organized by body system and then signs and symptoms so when my patient complains of something, I can look it up and make sure I'm doing everything that needs to be done!! Really helpful in clinicals when my instructor asks me what I should do next! Lots of other great info too!

It's Okay March 7 2011

This is a nice tool, however, I was in clincal the other day and found myself stumpped when it came to GYN and PEDS. I think this is a great tool if you are ONLY looking for Med/Surg however, I wouldn't recommend it if you are just looking for a general RN tool. I would recommend the RNotes, I have had several students tell me that is the way to go. I just order it today and am looking forward to comparing the two.
