My school uses I-pads with e-books and with me being an older student who needs the actual book in front of me to learn, I found this book to be the best thing to have to get me through my Medical Terminolgy class! It helped me get my A-! This is also a great book to refer back to for the future. Thank you!

HASH(0xa328b5e8) out of 5 stars Excellent Sept. 28 2009
By W. Zirbser - Published on Amazon.com

I purchased this book purely based on assisting me through my Nursing and I must say that I have no regrets with this book. I actually prefer it over my Anatomy & Physiology book as it is straight to the point and gives the essential information needed as well. The book also played a strong role in my medical terminology. I would recommend this book to anyone.

HASH(0xa328b810) out of 5 stars Students at Delaware Technical Community College Stanton Sept. 16 2012

This is the exact book sold at the Stanton bookstore that sells for over $100. However, it does not include the instructional cd. I wished that was disclosed before I purchased it. That said, you will have to make an additional purchase if you want it. That information is given on the back cover. I opted not to purchase the cd.

HASH(0xa328b900) out of 5 stars Excellent text, excellent service Jan. 8 2010
By Amazon Customer - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
I ordered 30 of these for my Med Terms students, 2nd day delivery. They started arriving the next day--1,2,3, or 4 at a time. Don't know how they decided to do it this way, and it did make reconciliation more difficult, but all 30 made it on time.

The text itself is one of the best of many med terms books on the market right now. And the online support from the publisher is amazing. Strongly recommend the text for a body systems-based approach, and strongly recommend Amazon as the shipper.
