Great book. Well laid out. Easy read chapters. Anybody wanting to improve their health, interested in health prevention or want to stay on a wellness track should read this book. For any folks with auto immune issues, cancer or other health problems this is a must read. For any Nikken distributors this book is highly recommended as it gives third party reviews of Nikken and other manufacturers/suppliers of mushroom supplements.
